Thématique de l'équipe (< 10 lignes) :

The team is specialized in theoretical physics modeling of complex systems and non-linear phenomena, in particular inspired by biological physics and biophysics. Some of the team members involved in the project are specialists in physico-mathematical modeling of structural and dynamical properties of biological assemblies : DNA and chromatin structures, bio-polymers and membranes and on complex biological phenomena such as intracellular transport and ribosome collective dynamics over RNA and DNA. Numerical and analytical methods are built using non-linear physics methods, statistical mechanics, stochastic processes and polymer physics.
